Coat of Arms and Flag
The coat of arms of the Republic is composed of a shield bearing three hills and three plumed towers.
At both side are a branch of laurel and a branch of oak which are bound together by a ribbon bearing the motto "Libertas", while on the top is a crown which symbolizes the Sovereign Power.

The flag consists of two horizontal white and blue stripes. A the centre is the official coat of arms surmounted by a closed crown, symbol of sovereignty.
