The Giro del Monte returns on Saturday, May 23: the historic race around Mount Titano will take place both on the traditional 7 km road route and on the forest trails, including the 9 km 450m+ Skytrail route.

The classic ingredients are confirmed: the route, starting and finishing at Porta del Paese, and the spirit of a major event that unites the community and encourages everyone, from children to adults, to get involved.

There are various ways to participate: from competitive running to a simple walk for adults and children, to a relay race.

The Trail Run also returns, along the trails that skirt the mountain.

Born from a bet between friends at the bar in the 1970s and becoming a regular event for years, the Giro del Monte was revived after a long hiatus and has grown year after year since.
