Energika 2026: back in the Republic of San Marino

The outdoor festival dedicated to sport, adventure and fun

An appeciated return will bring the Old Town of San Marino to life from 24 to 26 April, with Energika – San Marino Outdoor Sport & Adventure Festival, the event dedicated to outdoor sports and experiences, sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Sport, the Ministry of Territory, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, organised thanks to the collaborative efforts of various local sports associations.

All the new features of the 2026 edition were unveiled today during a press conference held at the Ministry of Tourism, with a packed programme of events taking place across various areas of the Old Town.

Energika offers a unique opportunity to experience sport in an active and participatory way; during the Festival, the public will have the chance to try out numerous disciplines under the guidance of qualified instructors, starting with slacklining, featuring many suspended lines including a spectacular urban installation between the San Marino’s Towers, with the main line running between the First Tower Guaita and the Second Tower Cesta, alongside slacklining for beginners at Campo Bruno Reffi,  archery, with free sessions led by an instructor in Piazzale Domus Plebis; free climbing, meeting at the Cava dei Balestrieri; acroyoga at the Cantone della Funivia; Nordic walking, with demonstrations and free sessions led by instructors; trekking, with various guided routes for all levels; e-bikes, with the option to hire them; and aerial silks.

Among the new features of the 2026 edition, the Hyrox Hybrid Training: free practice sessions with instructors, Hyrox Masterclasses, and a race simulation on the circuit set up in the Old Town of San Marino.

A common thread links the various activities: they are accessible to both beginners and more experienced participants, confirming the event’s participatory nature. One of the highlights will be the return of the Titano Trail Run, scheduled for Sunday 26 April, which will take athletes and enthusiasts along the picturesque trails of the Republic of San Marino, with routes suitable for different fitness levels and a meeting point at Campo Bruno Reffi.

Energika means also entertainment and a sense of community. Throughout the event, there will be musical performances designed to create a well-rounded experience centred on energy, togetherness and an active lifestyle, with live DJ sets on 25 and 26 April at the Cava dei Balestrieri, live music performances on the same days and at the same times in Piazza della Libertà, live rock concerts featuring an expanded 50-piece band that will take turns performing with unique line-ups, including Irol.
