From the Ground to the Table: seafood cuisine and San Marino wine
tasting Dinner at the Spingarda Restaurant
From the Ground to the Table is a project created this year with the aim of promoting San Marino's culinary excellence through a series of initiatives and events.
The last event for 2025 is scheduled for Friday 14 November: a tasting Dinner at the Spingarda Restaurant.
For the occasion, the restaurant will offer a special fish-based menu, paired with local wines from the Cantina San Marino winery.
A sommelier will present and describe each wine, guiding diners on a journey of discovery of a special pairing: seafood cuisine and San Marino wine.
