Inarrestabile Exhibition

Ndidi Emefiele

Internationally acclaimed Nigerian artist Ndidi Emefiele presents a radical, vibrant, and deeply contemporary vision of the female figure. Through intensely colorful canvases, collages, textiles, and traditional materials, the artist creates dense and layered compositions in which women of every age and identity move at the center of autonomous, powerful narrative universes, liberated from stereotypes and external gazes.

Inarrestabile is the first major solo exhibition in San Marino by Ndidi Emefiele, curated by Riccardo Freddo. The exhibition features paintings, collages, and site-specific installations that explore the contemporary experience of women as self-sufficient subjects. Through color, found objects, and the interaction of materials, the works reflect the artist’s cultural roots and the dialogue between African tradition and global modernity.
