One of the most intense female voices on the Italian musical scene will be accompanied by the band Jazz Inc. in a concert that will range from the great jazz classics with a nod to pop and soul. The collaboration with the Jazz Inc. formation began in 2019 at the Jazzenatico Festival thanks to drummer Fabio Nobile, with whom Karima recorded the album dedicated to the American composer Burt Bacharach entitled “Close to you - Karima sings Bacharach” in 2015 . Jazz Inc. Quintet is a very close-knit group that boasts important collaborations and recordings with artists such as Paolo Fresu, Fabrizio Bosso, Flavio Boltro, Mario Biondi, Tullio De Piscopo, Dave Weckl, Gegè Telesforo. Versatile and with an eclectic and modern language, the band takes inspiration from 60s jazz (in particular soul-jazz), but is sensitive to more modern sounds.
