Toby Rampton, a self-taught artist from London, specialises in plein air painting and portraiture using oils. His style blends classical techniques with modern themes, focusing on dramatic terrains and medieval architecture. 
He has recently collaborated with the Consulate of San Marino in London on a project celebrating San Marino’s heritage and its relationship with the UK. This included capturing impressions of San Marino and its people, culminating in the piece “The Agreement,” commemorating the signing of the agreement between San Marino and the UK in May 2023 on double taxation.
