Here we are on the fourth and last day of the Camino. First of all we have to leave the beautiful Borgo di San Leo, retracing our steps and reaching the provincial road again, continuing in the direction of the day before. We therefore turn right and go along the main road for about 1-1.5 km. Then we have to turn left, following the signs for Cerella and Rio Boaro, following this small road in the middle of the fields, which soon becomes gravel, for about 1.5 km and at the first crossroads we turn right, uphill.

In 10 minutes we will return on the Camino again on the provincial road, turn left and continue straight on until the large crossroads of Madonna di Pugliano, with a Votive Cell dedicated to Mary in the centre.

At the Madonna di Pugliano crossroads, turn right towards Novafeltria and continue along the main road for about 3 km, until you reach the crossroads for S. Appolinare. Turn left, uphill, towards Ca 'di Zaino - Villa. The route will coincide with the "Cammino di San Francesco" up to Soanne. [on the navigator: Soanne - Rimini]

We turn left towards Carpegna, approaching the town of Madonna di Pugliano, where we will find a beautiful fountain on the left, after which we will turn right towards Casina.

We stay on this road for 500 meters and, as soon as we return to the provincial road, we take a dirt road on the right which soon becomes a path and leads us to a very beautiful route, surrounded by woods and fields.

When the path stops going upwards, near Monte Tognino, we will find ourselves in a very panoramic open space. We will have to skirt the fields, on the left, to then immediately find the dirt track which will take us back among the trees, making sure that, after a few tens of metres, we will have to turn left, going along a stretch of fields on a not very visible route due to continuous landslides and adjustments.

We will emerge after a few tens of minutes of walking on an asphalted road which we will take following it downhill, until we arrive at Borgo di Soanne.

From here on, our path will completely overlap the signs of the Cammino di San Francesco.

Just outside the Borgo di Soanne, as soon as you pass the last houses, we will leave the main road towards Montecalbo, going up a small paved road which in a few minutes will give way to gravel, until we find ourselves in a very rural environment, with stables and animals. Immediately after the large stable that we will find on the right we will have to keep to the right, fording the small Prena stream, and continue going uphill in the middle of the woods.

From here, for a few kilometers we will be immersed in the green of the woods, on a beautiful mule track, letting ourselves be guided by the trail signs of the Cammino del Santo Marino and the Cammino di San Francesco, until we reach the paved road that will lead us to Scavolino (Stamp 15). We turn left keeping to the main road and cross the quiet village, taking Via Serra Bettolina from the main square, initially paved and then gravel. Be careful because after about 15 minutes of walking, near an aqueduct building, there will be a right turn, downhill.

A few hundred meters and you will find yourself on the paved road that connects Scavolino to Pennabilli. Just turn left and shortly after the sports field, at an intersection with a beautiful wash house, turn right and in about 30 minutes you will find yourself in the center of Pennabilli, the Episcopal seat of the San Marino-Montefeltro diocese and destination of our pilgrimage (Stamp 16). At the Cathedral of Pennabilli we will be able to Stamp 17 and collect the Certificate.
