The Public Notice for the assignment of the organization of the event "Medieval Days of the Republic of San Marino" 2023 edition is online

San Marino, 03 January 2023 – The San Marino Tourism Board announces that on the online portal www.gov.sm, in the "Tenders, Tenders and Public Notices" section under "Other Tenders and Public Notices" , the Public Notice concerning the selection of an economic operator for the assignment of the event called "Medieval Days of the Republic of San Marino" 2023 edition, to be held in the Historic Center of the Republic of San Marino from 27 to 30 July 2023 is available. It is specified that in order to view the Notice on the online portal it is necessary to select the wording "TENDER IN PROGRESS" from the drop-down menu called "TENDER STATUS".
The economic operator may participate in the selection individually or, alternatively, as Lead Partner of an aggregation of several subjects - equal to a maximum of three, including the Lead Partner. Within the Public Notice participation requirements are indicated, as well as the characteristics of the event, which the Applicants will be required to satisfy.
The deadline for submitting the Application for Participation and the related documentation is set for 12.00 on 27 February 2023, according to the procedures contained in the Notice.
