The Republic of San Marino protagonist of the TV series "A trip outside the city" on Sky

On Tuesday 11 April, the episode dedicated to the Republic of San Marino of "A trip out of town", a travel and Italian lifestyle-themed TV program, will be broadcast on Sky.

Now in season 5, the renowned series "A trip out of town" intends to be the spokesperson for cities, villages and tourist destinations with extraordinary charm, providing advice and ideas to create an unforgettable tailor-made travel experience. An itinerary through history, art and beauty, to learn about the traditions, curiosities and excellence of each place.

In the episode set in San Marino, David Romano - presenter and journalist of the TV program - will set out to discover the most authentic aspects of this destination: from a visit to the Old Town center, a UNESCO heritage site, where he will attend the national celebration of the Anniversary of the Arengo and Festa delle Milizie, which takes place as per tradition every year on 25 March. He will then launch into the exploration of the area on the saddle of an e-bike to appreciate the natural beauties at the center of San Marino outdoor activities. A journey that aims to tell the most experiential soul of San Marino, to be discovered for its postcard views and its thousand-year history.

The episode will also talk about the ambitious tourism enhancement and promotion project called the Territorial Table for Tourism (TTT), a qualified work group involving the Republic of San Marino and the neighboring territories in order to create a coordinated tourist offer. Project that gave birth to the creation of the international portal for the promotion of territorial excellence "TheLovelyPlaces.com".

The appointment is therefore set for Tuesday 11 April, at 22.30, on all available platforms (linear TV, on demand, digital): on Sky on channel 511 BFC Forbes, on channel 61 of the tivùsat platform, on channel 260 of the new digital terrestrial and live streaming in HD on bfcvideo.com. First rerun the day after, 12 April, at 11.30.
