The “Regency Itinerary” has been presented today

An itinerary dedicated to the country's highest institution

The Ministry of Industry, Crafts and Commerce launches an itinerary dedicated to the country's highest institution, an initiative of great tourist, cultural and artisan value.

The "The Regency Itinerary" has been inaugurated today, a project which includes an itinerant journey to retrace the day of investiture of the Most Excellent Captains Regent with a visit to Palazzo Valloni, Public Palace and the Basilica of Saint Marinus together with the narration of the day of the investiture by of the San Marino Tourist Guides with the aid of multimedia support (via tablet). It is a commercial, cultural and tourist product, which involved various San Marino entities.

The experience ends in a San Marino ceramic shop opened specifically for the project which will sell products with a brand created ad hoc and dedicated to the Most Excellent Regency and which has the ambition of becoming the first boutique of San Marino craftsmanship with the involvement over time of further craftsmes in different sectors. A product entirely Made in San Marino that enhances the identity, history and Excellence of the Country.

With this project, which the Ministry of Industry, Crafts and Commerce has been carrying out since 2022 with the collaboration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Territory, Culture and Tourism and with the collaboration of the Institutional Secretariat, State Ceremonial, AASLP, Cultural Institutes and Tourism Boards, wants to give visibility to the Magisterium of the Regency, a peculiarity of our country, a unique example of democracy in the world while creating a tourist, cultural and artisan product.

Together with the figure of the Regency, three historic buildings in the Historic Centre of San Marino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are highlighted: the Basilica of Saint Marinus, Palazzo Valloni and Public Palace together with the military corps and local craftsmanship.
The "Regency Itinerary" project also has technological value, it uses immersive technologies, virtual and augmented reality. Digital devices make the entire project accessible to tourists with disabilities.

The companies that have collaborated on the project are Miketing, ACD& Solutions, 3 studio, Giorgia Boutique, FACS and Barbò. Thanks for the contents narrated to Prof. Verter Casali and to the actors who lent their voices: Fabrizio Raggi, Antonio Fazzini, Luigi Busignani.
